Rental Responsibilities and Conditions
Return Condition: Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received, with normal wear and tear expected.
Liability for Repairs: The renter is responsible for damages or repairs needed due to lost or stolen equipment, based on actual repair costs.
Liability for Damage: The renter is liable for any damages or accidents caused to persons or property during the rental period.
Timely Return: Equipment not returned on time will incur a 25% penalty of the total daily rent.
Responsibility for Equipment: The renter is responsible for safely returning equipment in good condition, with no liability on the owner unless damages occur.
Rental Payments: Rental payments are to be made as agreed, and the renter must pay for damages, legal costs, or expenses incurred to protect the owner’s rights.
Leasing Agreements: Equipment is leased under specific terms, and the renter must return it in the agreed condition at the end of the lease.
Default in Payment: Failure to pay rent or damages will result in legal or recovery actions.
Inspection and Condition: Equipment is inspected at return, and damages or missing items are charged accordingly.
Liability for Stolen Equipment: The owner isn’t liable for stolen or lost equipment, but damages or theft must be reported immediately.
Ownership: The owner retains ownership of the equipment at all times.
Legal Terms and Additional Conditions
Responsibility for Damage: The renter is responsible for damages outside normal wear and tear, including fuel, capacity, and late fees.
Late Fees: 25% of total rent per hour for late returns, with additional charges for after-hours or holiday drop-offs.
Additional Charges: Extra costs on damage repairs or late return penalties are added to the final bill.
